Leather, Silver and a Rainy Day

After a whole week of wet, dark, dreary, rainy weather I needed something to cheer me up.  I pulled out the leather cord and sari silk from my stash and a few silver plated beads and tried to ignore what was outside. The results definitely cheered me up!
These bracelets are lightweight and fun to wear.

Playing in my Studio

With the yucky, rainy weather today what better to do then play with some silver and stones.  Made a few overdue repairs and then set this pretty stone I had purchased a while ago out of a big bin of tumbled stones at the Ottawa Gem and Mineral Show.

It is has such pretty blue greens in a charcoal background.  I even added a sassy little silver flower on the side...can't decide whether to sell or keep for myself!
